Weekly Recipe: Spicy Crockpot Chicken

This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes. I just throw everything in a crockpot after I fix JD lunch. Then I put a couple cups of rice in my rice cooker right before Jason gets home. So easy!


Spicy Crockpot Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
1 onion diced
1 packed taco seasoning (about 1/4 c)
1 c frozen corn

Place everything in crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours on high until chicken can easily be shredded. Serve over rice.
